10/10 Excellent

"Despite being further from Stockholm than we intended, this was an excellent place to stay. The staff is really wonderful! They were very welcoming and gracious. We had a "compact" room, but it was comfortable with a comfortable bed. The only "drawback" is there is not a lot around there. There is a shopping mall in the distance that is not really walkable or has good transport to it, but we were not there to shop! However, they have a very good restaurant on site. Their restaurant serves excellent dinners. Basically a fine dining experience. They have an incredible breakfast buffet as well that is included! Although we did not make use the additional amenities, they have Spa services available and a pool on site, and bike rentals close by. It was very easy to get to and from Stockholm on the regional train; the stop is a 5 minute walk away. The have a large parking lot if you have a car."

"The property was well maintained and the location was close to the airport but I had trouble with booking the airport shuttle which was in Swedish. When I called the hotel to ask which bus stop I had to wait in they were not helpful and the second time, the call was disconnected. Other than that, the property was good and maintained well and the room was comfortable. Coffee and hot water are provided for free"
