"Staff were excellent, in particular I wish to commend and thank May and Vincent in reception. Housekeeping staff were very pleasant and obliging. Parking was limited - I have a mobility permit and there were a number of occasions where people without permits were parked in these spots. I believe they are not monitored. Room was good but a microwave for extended stays would have been really useful. Staff were great in heating food for us but my son worked night shifts and on those days the kitchen was closed when he got back late. Otherwise, no complaints with the venue, facilities or staff. Thank you"

"This hotel is a dream. You can feel you are in the middle of a Sanctuary full of animals as if you were leaving in a Safari. The food, the views and the possibility to have access to the zoo. The staff was absolutely great with us. They gave us a beautiful gift because of my husbands birthday that made our experience unique. The only "bad" thing was a lady of the staff that was host in the restaurant. She didn't have patience with us as a non english native speakers"
