"The kitchen was fully equiped. The laundry was very useful after a 14 day cruise. Close to transit. Walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants. "

"Very welcoming! You feel looked after from the time you leave the lift on level 5 for reception to when you checkout. The layout of each room has taken into consideration of noise from neighbors thus you do not know if they are there or not. The rooms are layed out well. The only minor concern was no space around the sink in the vanity and no shelf in the shower. It was lovely to be able to get a barista coffee each morning from the in house restaurant!"

"Staying at Taronga Zoo was a whole experience. The ferry from Circular Quay, being met at the entry to the lobby with spectacular views to the CBD including Opera House and Harbour Bridge, to the beautifully appointed comfortable rooms with a koala cocooned in the tree outside the window, to the drinks on the deck, the personalised small group zoo entry tour, the best risotto I have ever eaten at the spectacular restaurant, a delicious buffet breakfast with a novel churro treat and 24 hour access to the zoo. I am an Aussie from WA and would recommend this for both locals and international tourist. It was fabulous!! "

"The hotel is well situated, near a metro line and many good restaurants (catering to the North Sydney CBD crowd). Parking is a little of a challenge though, but it is the CBD after all. Great team, during check in and out, spacious and clean room, with modern decor. The one thing they could improve on is better lighting in the bathroom, for overall safety as well as other functions: shaving/ makeup alert at the vanity. "
