"The staff at the front desk were terribly Friendly- MS REBECCA, KUSEY (hope I got it right) and the very lovely GM of the hotel. She offered my husband the local beer which was a very kind gesture. We were surprised at the respectfulness, friendliness and everything that you can ask from a front desk staff. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. My husband enjoyed the bacon."

"A nice stay with a comfortable room and literally 1min walk to Kolten station, so super easy to get into Zurich. Also handy for the airport with either a short Uber ride of the #733 bus direct to the terminal. There is a Coop close which is handy, but note everything is closed on Sundays. Unfortunately the room didn't have a kettle which wasn't ideal."

"Upon arrival we had to change rooms twice as we supposed to have two twin beds and were still not given one. My 19 year old and I had to share a bed for six days. We were promised a room with a refrigerator, but was told there was none available. Our trim was not cleaned on the 5th night and we had to request clean towels. The bar staff was rude to us, so we stopped going there. "
