"Overall great experience - with that said their computer system wasnt working right. I was charged for the room twice (over and above the already charged payment from Expedia) and also a $100 security deposit. I brought it up the next day and it was immediately corrected. Nice hotel, good local, and friendly staff."

"The rooms are good ,well designed and decent size. Staff are friendly but we smelled cigar smell in the reception from staff. AC sound is loud in the night and can hear noise from the other rooms."

Management could keep at least a bottle ( 2 bottles for double occupancy) for guest at check in.
Basic stationery ( writing pad and pen) could also be left for guests."

"Fit our needs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room is good overall. Like the standup glass shower. The location is near an on ramp to the bridge and traffic can get congested around it in late afternoon and evening."

"2泊3日で利用。レストランのスタッフのサービスは良かった。ただ、朝食付きのプランなのに、1日分だけ朝食代を請求された(クレジット引き落としで発覚)。フロントのスタッフ（夜間の担当者）は不親切で全然ダメ。金額に見合わないクオリティのホテル。"
