"We stayed here for four nights while touring the Seattle area. The hotel has a good location near the interstate and also the light rail station. There is excellent security in place for the parking garage and room floor access where you need to use your room key to get to those areas. Housekeeping did a great job except forgetting to give us coffee and an ice bag one morning. But we were able to remedy that right away as she was still in the hallway cleaning other rooms. "Gregg was fantastic at the front desk. Our family took up about five rooms. The lobby had a really nice TV area where we were able to gather us in the evening. CJ was very helpful during breakfast. She made me decaf coffee . It is not a normal thing for the hotel. Please hotel brew a pot of decaf every day!!"
