"This is a nice property and they have a shuttle but do not allow guests to use for airport shuttle even though they make trips to and from airport. It is 5.mins from DFW and does not provide a shuttle. The beds are cheap and uncomfortable."

"The hotel is very conveniently located at Terminal D of DFW, which makes it extremely practical for travelers. However, my experience late at night was disappointing. I arrived at 10:15 pm and the main restaurant was already closed, with only the bar open. There was no 24-hour full menu service, only a very limited late-night menu that was both unappealing and overpriced. For a Grand Hyatt, and especially for an airport hotel where guests arrive at all hours, this is a significant gap. This is an area that clearly needs improvement."

"Hotel is WYSIWYG; I guess the condition is reflected in the price. At 3am, I saw a bed bug came out of the bedsheets and I was restless for the rest of the night. The place is okay for the price of it, so, no need for me to complain."
