"I stayed at this property from June 1st to June 5th, 2026, and had a mixed experience regarding the customer service. On one hand, the front desk team during the afternoon and evening shifts was absolutely wonderful. They provided excellent, attentive, and welcoming service that truly enhanced my stay. On the other hand, the morning service was highly disappointing. The lady working the morning shift was consistently unhelpful and had a very dismissive attitude. It felt as though she was...

"Overall was good , I just didn’t like the smell of humidity in the first floor (were I stayed smell really strong like mold and humidity mix with cleaning products, really hard to sleep with that odor ."

"Upon check in at midnight, was given the room key to a third-floor room. Elevator was not working, had to walk to the end of the hallway to climb two flights of stairs to then walk back to center of hallway, as our room was near the elevator. My husband wears a knee brace as he is scheduled for surgery next month for a knee replacement. He was in pain duing the walk to the room. "

"As soon as I walked into this hotel, it smelled like weed. Staff was not at the front desk. I had to yell “hello” in order to be checked in. The continental breakfast was not a continental breakfast. It was some muffins and some cereal and that was it. I feel like I overpaid for this stay to be honest and won’t be back"

"Room layout was beautiful BUT was repulsive and had been heavily sprayed and I had difficulty breathing on entering. Large puddle wet yellow urine beside bed had been walked through by maids and us thereby entire carpet and tile floors wet. My shoes stuck to the tile floor and after removing my shoes to get ready for bed my socks were soaked and I had to put them on the heater to dry overnight. Then my bare feet were soaked getting to bed. I phoned the desk and was told someone would check in...

"The check in process was painfully long. During our stay when staff assistance was needed they were not the most pleasant or efficient. The room was clean but the shower pressure was extremely low and the toilets flushed very slow. The check out process was not quick either. The breakfast selection was good though."

"Wonderful staff, large clean room with comfortable beds made our stay very pleasant. The burger restaurant was delicious and the servers were wonderful and very attentive. Easy access back onto highway was a plus."

"The king suite was absolutely perfect. We had plenty of room to enjoy our visit with family. The breakfast was good but amazing on Saturday and Sunday. Diane is a sweetheart and took great care of us. Only problem for us was finding parking close due to limited handicap parking."
