"I’m not a fan of motels generally but this is the second time I’ve intentionally booked here . While it is a little dated , it is very well located & the staff are excellent. Each room has 2 patio doors to a small quiet area with a nitro table & 2 chairs . There is adequate parking, quite a good little pub with good food attached & great prices! They have a swimming pool which is not of interest to me but would be for families . Many hotels in Charlottetown are pricey . I’d save that money for experiencing PEI & enjoy this sweet spot"
"Easy to get to tourist areas & downtown, reception was friendly & helpful from where to eat, how to get u-ride drivers when we needed, we axtually extended out stay an extra day before going back to Halifax. Hats off to Kerstine, she went over & above to make our stay great. "
"This charming hotel is nestled just adjacent historic downtown of Charlottetown - a 10 minute walk to all the shopping and sights. The rooms are beautifully equipped and design is in all of the details. Beds and linens are best in class, the bathroom is spacious and well stocked; abundant water pressure; flawless tech and good control of the rooms hvac system. Our stay included a generous full breakfast which was delicious. 3 night experience and it was far superior to other hotels we stayed at during our holiday."
"The bedding and the bathroom seemed clean. There was some black on the white caulking around the tub. The back of the bathroom door was dirty. Around the main door there were gaps and the wind was whistling through the cracks. There was some stains on the ceiling too.
The first room was very musty and my daughter had to change rooms because the roof started to leak. We had 2 rooms."
"Such a wonderful hotel! From check in to check out all the staff were so friendly and helpful! Soft baked cookies, happy hour drinks, great breakfast and excellent service. Would highly recommend this to anyone. Perfect walking distance to the water, many shops and restaurants"
"Breakfast was pretty good with quite a few options. Enjoyed that the room had a sofa however the bed was uncomfortable. The room also had a microwave and fridge which was helpful. The gym was quite nice.
The room and eating area could have a bit more attention from cleaning staff.
The front desk staff were not that friendly. There was an issue with the toilet running constantly."
