"I picked this place because it was close to the airport, it had a pool, and shuttle to the airport. Plus the reviews were decent. But, the pool was green and no one was using it. The faucet in the sink was loose and just a trickle of water came out. The room keys never worked on the door by the elevator. "The first room we were given smelled like mold and mildew and the AC unit was covered in mold. Our second room had mold on the windows and in the bathroom shower. If you have a sensitivity to allergens I would not recommend staying at this property. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and mildew. The property is not as well maintained as it was the first time we visited a few years ago, so our expectations were not met. The front desk agents were helpful but not professional."

"Issue #1: Shortly after we checked in, we learned our toilet was not flushing. My husband used his cell phone to call the front desk... due to the phone in the room not working. We were offered a plunger. Issue #2 : When it came time to shower there was no hot water. During the same conversation about the toilet, the water was brought up. My husband was informed that, the water boiler had to be reset and the maintaince man would not be in till morning. Issue #3: I turned on the shower water...
