Overall a fantastic stay at a sleek, new, business-focused property in an excellent location. The hotel is very clean and up-to-date throughout. A couple of small practicalities to keep in mind when packing: there are no USB charging outlets in the rooms, so you'll need a standard wall plug adapter, and conditioner is not included with the toiletries.

Perfect stay. Clean, comfortable, cozy, well located, excellent VFM, generous hospitality. All you could ask from an hotel stay.

Gggg

We chose this location because of its proximity with Mt. Vitosha that we wanted to hike on. The apparthotel complex is very modern and functional. Inside we had a big living room with 2 sofas and everything for kitchen. There is a huge frige. The bedroom was nice and the beds comfortable.Everything squeaky clean. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub. Underground parking is available, but it not included in the rate and is quite expensive. The aparthotel is located in a socialist-style...

Fantastic breakfast. Friendly service. Wonderful swimming pool.

The hotel is in very good condition with a very harmonious environment. The access road may look authentic original, but my car for sure didn't appreciated. The staff was friendly, with no staff speaking English in the restaurant, but at least they had the menu available in English language. The food was good, with a nice presentation too. For a short stay, the options in the menu are sufficient, but for who is intending to spend longer period... they may need to consider other places to eat...

Excellent hotel. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Rila! It was the best location for the slopes & we loved the huge variety of food we were offered for breakfast and dinner! We loved the surprise of having a live singer in the lounge downstairs after dinner, it was a lovely addition to some of our evenings! Our room was really spacious too & staff were really helpful at reception when we needed anything!

Very good.

Very nice and comfortable. The workers of the hotel was very nice and friendly

We had a warm and friendly welcome to the hotel. Very helpful and cheerful staff. We are a family of four adults and three children. The food was excellent for the adults. Good choice of meats and fresh vegetables. They had pasta with a sauce and pizza but I would suggest they add something like homemade chicken goujons for the children especially during school holidays. The swimming pool, like all others this time of year in Bulgaria, was cold to get into. The best way is to shower...

Everything is perfect....
