"The place and the room was clean, the staff is very friendly and approachable, the parking was very accessible because there are lots of parking in the compound. Overall the place was clean and very close to restaurants, arcade places for kids, malls, and airport (ORD) 20mins drive. Im from WA stare, we will stay again when we get a chance to visit Chicago again."

"The lobby was nice and clean, the rooms are old with paint chipping off the bathroom walls due to no air ventilation and the furniture ie. The bathroom vanity, bed side tables were old and chipped but the worse part of our stay is that we attended a wedding from out of town and needed some rest before our trip back and there must’ve been an event with loud obnoxious people talking super loud in the hallway outside our room and kids running and yelling until after 11pm. We called the front desk...

"Noisiest hotel stay ever. There was constantly stomping and banging from the rooms above us (we had two adjoining rooms and could clearly hear it from both). We checked in at around 4.00pm and were in the rooms for about an hour, the noise was constant. When we returned to the rooms at 10.00pm it was quiet, until 4.30am when it started up again and woke us up for the day. We left at 8.00am to get some peace and quiet from all the banging and stomping. Hotel said nothing they could do."
