"The manager, Jose, was very helpful in explaining the best way to return our rental car and where and how to arrange for the van to pick us up. He saved us from having to return to the airport for the van pick-up."
Chicago Parthenon Hostel

"The room and the location were great! Access into the front door was difficult as 1) steps only 2) door could not be held open (auto closed) 3). I rode to location from Airport on bike and did not want to leave bike on street overnight. Brought it in with some difficultly and only Place to store it was to pay for back room lockup overnight. Access to bike was at 0900 in am when front desk opened. I made it work tho inconvenient and $6 per night."
