"Fair for a quick overnight. Need to pay for parking which was disappointing as a hotel guest"

"The staff at the front desk was a step in so she was unfamiliar with the hotel and did not offer us much help with anything our first night. The next night, a guy staff member came knocking on our door and he asked my husband what he did for work, and if he worked at the hotel, and other weird personal questions and then said he had the wrong room. Besides the staff, the shades in our room were completely broke with the cord to them frayed and hanging down since they were electric, so it remained dark the whole time in our room. The shower water never got warm even after running it for 10 minutes, it was always freezing cold no matter what time of day we tried to use it. The last thing was the cleanliness, we could visibly see dirt all over the ground when we first arrived and many things were not wiped down. We did enjoy how close the hotel was to lots of dining places and grocery stores, but we will not be staying here ever again."

"We stayed as a large group. The breakfast had a lot of variety and nice place to eat (restaurant)."

"Loved having an outdoors pool and hot tub. Bar/restaurant on the property is a big plus! No driving, just relax! "

"Everything was awesome. One thing we didn't care for was that there was not at least one more elevator in the facility. Not the most convenient when you are literally at the very end of the hotel. One other concern would be if the person next to us was also on their deck, zero privacy and very little space in between the balconies. Everything else was awesome."

"Property looks tired, but well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with choice of cereals, breads, juices, yogurts, waffles, etc, etc. Heating was a bit noisy and not very efficient."
