"I do not recommend this place. The toilets were dirty, stained w/ dry pee and the toilet water tank was not fill so we couldn't flush the toilet. We call front desk to let them know about the problem & their solution was to go downstair & use the reception restrooms. I didn't pay for a room to have to go to the reception to use the restrooms when we woke up in the morning!! I will never stay in this hotel again."

"It was very convenient to be able to walk a short distance from the airport. The room was nice. I slept well with no disruption. I really like the free fountain Coke. I'll stay again next time I come to El Paso."

"First the man at the front desk said that my reservation was canceled by Expedia and to call Expedia. The phone numbers that I found for Expedia customer service were wrong, one was a company that does adult chat lines. Then the front desk said that the manager of the hotel canceled my reservation because they had issues with several of their rooms. I was NOT notified of this prior to my arrival. Then the front desk finds me a room which was disgusting, no pillow cases for the old worn stained pillows, one of the beds was not clean with hair on the sheets, all counters were dirty, and there was pink and gray/black MOLD on the door frame of the bathroom! I had no where else to go, all hotels were booked due to the BTS concert. The light outside of my room was not working so I didn’t feel safe opening my door or leaving my luggage in the room. I came for the BTS concert and all I could do was cry because I had no where else to go. It was a horrible experience and I am requesting a refund because it was not worthy of the $500 I paid for it. It was beyond disappointing. Please respond."

"Due to BTS concert, there were very few hotels left and all of them were super expensive... This hotel looked fine in the photos, but the actual hotel was quite awful... Well, if the price was reasonable, then I would have rated higher, but with the price we paid, I have to rate at these ratings unfortunately..."

"NEVER AGAIN EXTREMLY DISAPONTING!!! The room was disgusting scratches all over the walls the carpet was so badly stained and smelled like urine. The smell coming from the AC unit almost gaged me the boarder around the floor was pealing. We stay at La Quinta's across the country we have NEVER had such a horrible experience. Unfortunately we had no other options as there was some concert in town and rooms were $2000 a night and up "
