"I obtained this room on behalf of my daughter flying here to attend her brother's funeral and wake, we did not share with the staff the reason of our visit. We arrived for check-in at 3pm and were very relieved that the room was ready and met all of our expectations. The staff was very helpful; she pointed out the all-day coffee bar but also offered us a coffeemaker in the room if we preferred. I was very pleasantly surprised by the stillness and quiet once we reached our room. Although, the hotel is located next to a very busy interstate, numerous restaurants, and is literally across the street from a mall the room was completely silent. We were so comfortable with the peaceful vibe of the room, I changed my plans and decided to stay with my daughter that night rather than go back home with other family members, The bed was so comfortable we fell asleep with minutes. It was my first night's sleep after learning that my son had passed away.
The staff were just so welcoming and professional they did not know our story yet were exactly what we needed to make it through a very difficult night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area."
