"To start they gave 2 bath towels , 1 wash cloth( q guess we were supposed to share ) and one hand towel and nothing to step out of the shower on. They had an attitude when I asked for more and I told them they could write down what they gave me I wasn’t going to steal them. Needless to say I didn’t get another wash cloth. "The place was very good, very quiet. Beautiful environment."

"It was such a great experience, the hotel was so nice and clean. Plenty of things for the kids to do. And we were able to walk to get ice cream after dinner."

"I reserved a room for this hotel through another traveling app and was supposed to pay upon arrival. Before I could even get there they charged my debit card and messed up my account. I was very unhappy and was told there was nothing that could be done about it. I will not be staying at this hotel again. The lady at the desk apologized and tried to help but couldn't do anything. No one even tried to contact me to work it out. Very disappointing."

"The bed was extremely comfortable but the pillows weren’t. The property was clean and pretty well maintained. We were there for the little league softball regionals in Bristol so the location was good only about 15 min from the complex. Price was excellent compared to all others."

"Staff was friendly upon arrival. Rooms look like the photos online. Rooms were clean. Weird they constructed a wall over the patio exit so you cannot use it. Area surrounding is pretty dead. Good for a one or two night stay."

Exceptional decorated lobby and many areas to get together but without food/bar just not used by anyone in when we were there. You felt like you were in a quiet spa not a hotel. "We found the room to be nice and everything was clean. The bathroom was just OK something was sticky on the floor and we kept squeaking in there. There was no soap in the body wash dispenser which was remedied quickly. Also fpound the A/C unit in the room noisy. I asked about this and someone was going to come and check. Nothing changed so I assume that was normal. The breakfast area in the morning was well maintained and there were a variety of things to eat both hot and cold. The woman down...

"You need to pay additional 15.95 per room per night parking i guess because it is downtown. It didn't seem like too safe of area but it worked for a night of sleep"

"I hate to say it but the sister property in Avon can’t even compare to this location. I was so disappointed with the Avon location that I amazed to find out that this was a sister property. The instant I walked in the door, Matt was amazing, the rooms are quaint and clean, and the restaurant along with the staff like Kelly, put an exclamation point on the property. The restaurant is the gem of the entire hotel. When locals fill the restaurant on a Tuesday night it speaks volumes. I will be back...

"not sure room was vacuumed well as we found some costume jewelry on the floor by bed. Toilet handle kept getting stuck adjusted the chain myself middle of the night.Bathtub filled with water during showers, pretty gross reminded me of NAVY showers. Parking horrible back parking lot coned off for bus use only."
