"We were pleasantly surprised at our recent 2 night stay. We had stayed several times at what they called the annex, which is a separate building from the main motel, and that was really outdated, cramped, and dirty. This time they put us in the main motel and the room was a very large size, very nice furniture, and we understood that it had recently been updated. The breakfast was very good that they served and everyone that worked there was very friendly and hospitable."

"The property was very clean and offered free valet parking. There isn’t a pool or much for children to do inside the casino. The casino was clean and had vending machines with soda and coffee for their guests in the gambling area. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was easy. I would definitely stay here again due to it’s close proximity to KC Royals stadium. "

"Favorite boutique in Kansas City! The hotel is a beautiful house in the arts/museum district that has been converted to an artsy hotel. No staff on site, but they are on call. Electronic access to your room is sent the day you check-in. Great sitting rooms and coffee bar on the first floor. Stair only access to floor 2 and 3. Walking distance to the Plaza, museums, and parks."

"This hotel was the best value Ive ever had. It is a very clean, quiet place that is very well taken care of. Rooms are spacious and the bedding is premium with comfortable mattresses and plenty of pillows. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the housekeeping staff was great. And the free hot breakfast every day was fantastic. Scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage patties and biscuits and gravy, plus pastries, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, pancakes and 4 kinds of juice and premium...

"The hotel was conveniently located with and easy on/off of I-70. It was pet friendly, clean, and the room was in excellent condition. The bed was comfortable, and we were able to adjust the A/C to our comfort. Loved being able to walk around the lake. I was relaxing and pretty. I would highly recommend this hotel."
