"The room was very clean and comfortable, we had a king bed with a pull out sofa and we had plenty of room. Plus the bathroom and shower were very nice. The signage coming into the hotel is incredibly confusing, as the signs on the side of the building say Four Points by Sheraton, the decals on the front door say Surface Inn, and there were multiple signs at the front desk saying that we had to check in at the Radisson front desk next door. This wasn’t true, as we had to check in at the Surface front desk, since they couldn’t do the room keys at the other front desk. There also wasn’t bedding for the pull out bed in the room, and the multiple times we went to the front desk to ask for bedding there was no one there. Altogether a comfortable, affordable stay, but there is work to be done to actually make it the Surface Boutique Hotel."
