"The experience was great! We had a family of 18 for a weekend birthday. The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. The indoor and outdoor Waterpark was the most fun that I've had in a long time. A few critiques, our room wasn't refreshed on our second night. I had to request more toliet paper and towels, there's no ice machine anywhere that we could find. There's one microwave on the floor, We had to pay an additional fee for an obstacle course that should have been included in the package. Need new floaters. Buffet was over priced at 25 for adults and $12 for childiren. I would definitely visit again."

"Staff was great, breakfast good, and overall a nice property. Our particular room was fine except the shower grout was moldy. Access to the hotel wasn't great from the south or the west. No issues finding parking the 3 nights we stayed."

"This place is super clean, the staff is really friendly and helpful, and the location is great with tons of restaurants and shops right there. Definitely not your average place, it feels much more upscale, modern, and fun."
