"only one of three elevators work for the entire time and the one that did work was generally unavailable and very time-consuming so I ended up taking the stairs more than 50% of the time which can be very difficult after a major surgery or based on other conditions. The staff was very nice. But of course they could do nothing about it."

"Room AC controls were broken, room smelled of mold, and room shade was broken, requested another room, none were available. Manager was not on site, Entry door to hotel was broken. Requested a refund of my stay and they refused to make any adjustments for my stay. Worst conditions I have observed at a hotel, ever!"

"Buyer beware. You definitely get what you pay for. Do not recommend for families. There was a fight in the parking lot at 2:00am. One of the female participants was naked from the waist up. Hallways smelled of various unidentifiable smells. Mold in the shower and curtain. No soap in the dispenser. Tv remote on/off button missing so could not control. Overall shady."
