"The breakfast staff are AMAZING!! I had the manger at check in and she was also nice. Another time at the desk I needed a key because we all forgot to grab one- also happened to be the day of checkout- and she was angry. I said I needed a key to get my stuff. She said very aggressively “well you have to check out today” yes ma’am I know that’s why I need a key. Anyways the pool was also nice my kids loved it and it was so warm. The tree could be updated. Only drips water from one side. The room was clean the bed was COMFORTABLE!! And I mean it. Overall it was good and we would stay again if we were in the area."

"The positives, front desk staff were awesome, so friendly. Room was clean, a nice size, comfortable bed, nice size fridge and freezer and the A/C worked very well for some hot days we were there. Location is great with lots of restaurants, shopping and gas stations near by. The negatives, we were on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. Breakfast was not great. Very limited selection and eggs were cold the first day. Suggesting a garden view on the website from the rooms is quite a stretch."

"Overall, this is a very nice hotel and we had a good experience. A couple of issues that were confusing were: 1. The outdoor pool cleaning wasn't completed until 11am on a very warm day, and it seems that should be able to be finished in time for guests to enjoy the pool every day during pool hours. 2. Of the 3 elevators, one wasn't working at all, one required a trip to the 6th floor before going down, and the other worked. There was a sign (with graphics, very attractive) posted in the elevators saying we were all on an adventure while the elevators are being repaired. How long does that take? Long enough that it required a graphic designer to create and post a flyer with an unknown date of repair completion. Very odd. 3. There wasn't decaf coffee available in the morning in the lobby."

"Our room was clean, except for a piece of trash between the desk and tv stand. On our 3rd day, I had only asked for new towels and trash to be taken out. The house keeper I found only spoke spanish, i used my translater on phone. She said she would take care of it, even though it wasnt on her list, but she gave no extra wash cloths or hand towels and she did re make the beds. Not a complaint. The pool was down the 1st day but then it was working again. When we checked in, the desk person was away and did take them awhile to come back. We would definately stay here again. Breakfast was ok, we only ate there 1 day out of the 3."
