"hotel understaffed, no cleaning crew on an everyday basis, although pets can stay with guests ...the surroundings were not cleaned properly, humid and damp smell entering the rooms, wifi service not the best , no phone service to get front desk. Cleaning crew never cleaned the drainage on the bathtub... it was clogged with prior guests' hair and sputum ...IT WAS TERRIBLE!"

"The check in was a breeze, the staff were pleasant. There was a pool, looked very clean but I didn't use. The property outside was maintained and kept up well and good in good shape. Then I got into my room, although beds were made there were some serious problems. The room had cockroaches, due to my scheduling during my stay was unable to re-room. Now, although I didn't receive daily cleaning...I would've asked for that regardless. I really hope these cockroaches didn't come home with me."

"We ended up leaving because the facility was so gross. We saw multiple bugs in our room and didn’t feel at all comfortable staying there. Definitely a waste of our money."

"The room which I was allocated didn't have proper lighting l, just one light and that too very dim. The air - conditioner was super cold was not having an option to adjust the temperature. Outside room smelled bad, and people in my neighbouring room was banging the walls in midnight, which affected my sleep."
