"Great place to stay ! They have 2 pools and as a bonus there is a kids area with waterslide !! Will definitely be back ! Breakfast not included ; but is well worth the $19 , huge breakfast buffet ! Room was very clean and roomy ! Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly !"

"It was my first time staying at a Universal hotel and I was blown away! The bus transportation to the parks and citiwalk was amazing and it was so close it made the journey back after HHN super speedy. The pool area was fantastic and had a great vibe, it really made relaxing there for a few hours each day so enjoyable. The room was spacious, well laid out, and had great amounts of storage. I’m already planning my next trip to Florida and I will definitely be staying here again when I come to Universal!"
