"For the type of hotel, things are a bit run down and not in great shape. There are rips in the carpet and the furniture upholstery. The regular staff were fine, however the managerial staff were rude and condescending. Be aware, there’s no parking, you’d have to pay $40 a day for valet. "

"This was my second stay and it was equal to the first. Every attention to detail was excellent! It was raining and the floors were spotless, the room was cozy, the food was tasty and hot. The staff is so kind."

"The stay had a few drawbacks. The AC unit was quite loud, and the elevator felt rough and somewhat unreliable. However, the location was extremely convenient, with easy access to everything nearby."

"We checked out a day early and found somewhere else to stay. Sink would not drain, toilet wouldn’t flush and we had no hot water. Worse experience I have ever had at any Hotel."

"This property is in serious need of renovation and does not match the condition shown in its online photos. It feels outdated and dingy throughout. During our stay, there was a flooding issue in the main lobby, which only added to the overall poor impression. The restroom artwork had broken frames and visible water damage, and the faucets were worn and faded. The bedding was heavily used, and the overlay blankets were covered in pilling and looked old and unclean. The décor and flooring throughout the property appear neglected and overdue for replacement. The only positives were the friendly staff and the indoor pool, which the kids enjoyed—but overall, the condition of the hotel falls well below expectations."
