"I rated the experience a 4 overall, but it's really closer to a 3.5. Upon arrival, there was some trash around the front entrance, but it was very windy that day. However, after staying all weekend, it appeared to be an ongoing issue. Once inside, the lobby and all other areas appeared to be consistently maintained and clean. So perhaps the outside crew was off for the weekend? The front desk staff was extremely friendly and check-in was fast. I did have to call back for my email receipt after I got home. Our room was very clean, and it was nice to have some free water bottles in addition to the $6 fancy bottles. There was no microwave in the room, but there was a small fridge. There is a community microwave in the lobby next to the restaurant. Outlets in the room should be updated so 2-prong plugs will hold, and maybe have USB ports by the bed (it's 2026!!). The outlet behind one nightstand had NO cover and wires were exposed--A FIRE HAZARD. The bed was too firm and very uncomfortable--and I like a firm mattress for my back. The shower had decent pressure and hot water was constant. The second day we put 2 full sets of used towels on the floor to be replaced, per instructions in the room, and only got 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel back. I don't know if the logic was "since they are checking out the next day...?" Breakfast in the restaurant and coffee at the Starbucks were very good. DEAMBER is a bright star!
