"I saw some bad reviews when i booked but it was reasonable price than downtown and it turned out to be very clean..the guy in the front who helped me check in was friendly and welcoming..i will def be back and the area to me was not bad..yeah theres a bus stop and homeless people but thats everywhere even downtown!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!"

"Considering the great price, I found this place to be ideal. It was very clean, the bed was really comfortable and I slept like a baby. Thanks to the guesthouse owner for providing clear instructions and making my stay very enjoyable and hassle free. I will recommend it to others."

"Highly recommend the host was accommodating with a last-minute reservation. Great instructions, easy to access, clean, cool aesthetic, perfect for a quick or long-term stay. Stay safe for one person, dog-friendly, and the host was easy to communicate with and even handled communication for my unique in-between Airbnb situations as a local really well. Would return and would definitely recommend to a friend."
