"The room had a smell as pets lived inside .Which when u went to the desk he stayed that’s the cleanest and so I need a smell good to hang up.I was kind of disappointed.But my mom used to be a housekeeper so she brought products and cleaned it up.We also paid for a queen size bed but we received full.But the best thing about this place was the pool it was nice and cleaned everyday and we had a wonderful time inside because the beach was super hot .I would rate this place 5/10"

"Clean room. Hotel in a sketchy area. Our door didnt fully shut but was secure with the additional lock. Someone tried to push the door open. Front desk staff was very attentive and patrolled after we called to make them aware."

"I booked a room for my son under his name because he was traveling to the area on company business. After working all day and arriving close to midnight, he was informed by the front desk clerk that he could not check in because I had paid for the reservation, despite his name being listed on it.
Given the late hour, he had no choice but to find and pay for another hotel room. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to refund the original reservation.
This is a very disappointing way to treat...

"I never completed my stay because the property SOLD my room! I was skeptical as to whether I would stay here, but took the chance and booked a “Pay at the Property” room.
