Sent emails and messages through their message center text and no answers back other than sorry for inconvenience. "

"The staff was fabulous. I went here after I had a bad experience at another hotel spoke with the staff and the accommodations were great. The room was clean. It’s smelt like it had just been cleaned. The bed was comfortable. It was very quiet. I can say I got a peaceful nights rest. The outside of the building is not bad. I go to Tallahassee once a month and from now on this will be my go to a hotel. I loved it."

"The rooms were non-smoking rooms. But walking to the rooms all we smelled was weed, then when we opened the doors to our rooms all you could smell was cigarette smoke in the rooms. Also the rooms had no hot water the next morning and was told by the front desk to let the water run for 15-20min and it should warm up. Thats toal BS let "
