Besides the staff being super nice and very helpful this place is def a motel 6. I shouldn’t have expected much but the amount of bugs dead and alive was disturbing . I had to change rooms twice which they let me do with no problem. The bed was surprisingly comfortable but I will not go back. Sucks that parents weekend all the hotels can screw you and I paid way more than that place is worth . I’m sorry to the staff for a bad review because they were again very helpful and super nice

Marsha was great friendly and professional. The corners of the bed need to be padded, they stick out, I cut my legs twice walking by the bed corners and Marsha gave me bandages and Neosporin! The water pressure was good but it took 20 minutes to get any hot water! What a waste of water and time! I thought they would have juice in the morning but they only had coffee and no flavored creamer. I think the owner must be a cheapskate!

The front desk staff was super nice and that’s the only good thing about this place. It has a lot of potential with the courtyards and high ceilings, but the sink and shower were so dirty and rundown I didn’t take a bath and went to starbucks to brush my teeth and do other bathroom stuff. This is an older property, and is in need of some upkeep. But overall the rooms were acceptable, the staff was extremely friendly, and it has a fun little lounge right on the lobby. For a parent visit in Tallahassee over parents weekend, it was a great place to come back to relax and enjoy having fun with other parents and karaoke

The building is a great concept but the hotel said it had breakfast no it didn’t. No ice machine working. Dirt on floor hairs in bathroom. There wasn’t a garbage can, the water had a hard time getting and staying hot. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. The building needed attention. But the room was big and had bare minimum in it so that was nice. Location was great, busy but right in the middle of everything. The rooms were quiet, very quiet. We have found when you book your hotel stay call the hotel proper to see what they really offer. These sights only tell you what sounds good not always the whole truth.
