"Large hotel, easy parking, clean rooms. It gets VERY busy on the weekends, and the dining/bar close down way too early for those who arrive late. Breakfast options are also very limited. For a quite get-away, I’d avoid weekends."
"our room wasn’t clean and had dirty socks underneath our mattress and the mattress was broken. Springs were coming through. I booked a place because. it said it was newly renovated and for $1000 for two nights is definitely not worth it. I would like a refund.

"I stayed in the top floor, room 818 and the elevator was down in the morning of May 17th forcing me to walk up 8 flights of stairs then get my heavy luggage and have me walk down 8 flights of stairs with my heavy luggage. Another patron told me on our journey up/down the stairs that it happened last week as well. If they cant provide a basic amenity like an elevator they should close the doors."
"Nice hotel and lobby amenities. Unfortunately, our shades/blinds did not work/close and I informed the hotel staff several times and no one came to fix them......so both nights the lights from outside shined into our room."
