"Great hotel for Disney stays. Has a shuttle ($7 for the day), a Starbucks in the lobby, and what looked like great food. Shopping across the street. Very convenient for Disney trips."

"Check-in staff was excellent and very attentive. Provided review of all amenities throughout the property. Cleaning staff was prompt and patient as we weren’t ready to leave when they first came. I believe we had breakfast included with our reservation however, we were not offered it and weren’t able to take advantage of that. Unfortunately, check-out desk agent was blunt and rude barely answering questions. While we were waiting for our car we heard someone else making the same comment and we concluded we were not the only ones feeling"
