"Ample accessible indoor parking. Checking was late so I only interacted with the front concierge. He was friendly and courteous. He did not inform me of any of the amenities. It was late and perhaps he niticed how tired I was. Besides, I was only spending one night. My room was clean. Comfortable Bed. Television had very very limited channels. Almost everything else said "sorry no network connection. Please connect to a network". Not enough of a big deal for me to make a fuss about at 12:00 am. Heater didn't work. Room temp was at 60°F, it was a chilly night. I set the climate control to 72° just to warm the room up for a bit quickly but after 10 min the room was even colder at 58°. No matter what temperature or setting I used, the vent only blew cold air. Mini-fridge with freezer, but no microwave. I later saw a communal microwave where the ice machine is, keep in mind, there are A LOt of rooms per floor in this hotel. The room floor and trim could use a bit of maintenance. Otherwise for $140/night comfortable bed...clean room and nice staff. Can't lose..."

"THE WATER STREAM WAS LAW, WE KEFT EARLY IN THE MORNING AND WE COULD'NT GET A BREAKFAST BOX, WE BOOKED 3 NOHTS THE SUITE AND WE DID NOR FEEL A SPECIAL WELCOME OR BENEFITS."
