That puts their advertised "quiet room for guests to relax in" on the backburner as it becomes their overspill area - plus finding your room again, can involve an extra tour around the corridors to get back - as they will close off the conservatory. No matter and fair enough. Otherwise that breakfast was lovely - and the evening fare was either a pub pretending to be a restaurant, or the other way round - unless you wanted to sit outside: weather permitting."

"Parking at an extra charge, with no signage to show the cost. On arrival staff to a while to show up and check us in. The check out staff were instantly on hand though, checked we were happy with everything. Only one chair in the room, for two people."

"This was the perfect spot for a catch up with friends and visit to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park. The accommodation was similar to Premier Inn styling - clean, lovely big bed and practical bathroom. The room had a TV, plenty of sockets, wall heater, free wifi and iron / hairdyer / fan available for use. Plenty of storage space too. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and the food choices for evening meal and breakfast were good. The drinks and food were also reasonably priced. Would recommend for a one - two night break."

"Room was clean, staff were polite and friendly, parking was a bit of a challenge as there was only one spot left when we arrived and it was tricky to access, WiFi was intermittent, and breakfast was good. So a mixed bag but generally good value for a stop over stay."

"Wonderful stay after a day at Farmer Copleys (which is literally a minute away by car). We stayed in one of the bungalows which was brilliant, very clean and lovely little balcony which we would have sat out on but the weather was a little bit rainy. Room was quite warm with lovely underfloor heating, I struggled slightly as I like to sleep in a room that feels like the arctic but they provide a big fan that was perfect. Breakfast was a full English with a choice of how your like your eggs and it was super good! Would 100% stay again ♥️ "

"Easy check in procedure door code gets you into the building and room. Spacious room with modern kitchen and bathroom, well stocked tea/coffee etc and good hot water supply. Warm rooms and well stocked towels and bedding , only drawback is due to its location you get some noise and guests turning up at stupid o'clock in the morning. On the whole if you can get this for a good price its well worth it "
