"First of all we were told to arrive at Hotel Flora by Paulo to check in and then be transported to the room. No one at Hotel knew of Paulo and told us we couldn’t park there. I called Paulo and got a guy named Danielle. He came to Hotel Flora in a golf cart to get us and our luggage. I followed him in our rental car to free parking because I asked for it and he did help me park the car. When we got at Hotel National Dependance we paid for the room and then given a set of keys to a room...

"This was a cute little room that opened right onto the street. It was extremely clean and comfortable, but be warned: the bedroom is up a flight of stairs that seems to be common in Italy, but is certainly not up to code in the United States. If you have Vision deficits, this is not the place for you. I stay downstairs so that I wouldn’t fall down the stairs in the middle of the night. The staff is lovely and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Everything was very nice. The only difficulty is...

"We enjoyed our stay at Giuggiulena Villa! The location is right on the water with a gorgeous view of the Ionian Sea, nearby sea caves, and just a few steps down to access the water for swimming. Sabrina and Claudia are wonderful hosts. They are personable, friendly, and helpful. Claudia is an amazing cook and provides a delicious homemade breakfast. We especially enjoyed the freshly brewed bialetti coffee, freshly baked stuffed breads with spinach & cheese/ ham & cheese, homemade tiramasu, fresh...

"Overall, the stay was good, and everything was fine. However, I was disappointed that I had reserved for 3 people and was only informed the night before arrival that the property could only provide a room for 2. This should have been communicated much earlier to allow time to make alternative arrangements. Otherwise, the stay was good."

Great location with terrace for breakfast and sitting and enjoying the view. Church bells add to the ambience. Calm, peaceful, restful. Good exercise climbing the stairs to the sights!"
