"Exactly as described! Rooms were big, beds and pillows comfortable, continental breakfast had plenty of options, and they were able to hold bags before/after check in. Would absolutely stay here again! "

"The staff was fantastic! We arrived two hours early and were upgraded and given a room since ours wasn’t ready yet. We went to see Lady Gaga and unfortunately she canceled. The staff help us find something else to do. The room was neat and clean."

"This hotel is perfect location if you’re attending a concert at MTELUS, 5 mins walk. Nice mall within also 7 mins walk. Was pleased with the room that included with fridge and microwave. Breakfast was ok. Like that I was able to get a hot tea after hours. Very disappointed, the reception not able to extend my check out time by 2 hours due to my flight time. Oh well."

"The first room I was given was a mess. There was a pretty serious leak around the window with water steadily dripping in, and the drywall around it was crumbling. It was bad enough that I had to ask for a different room right away. The second room wasn’t much better. It didn’t feel clean, the desk chair had a white stain on it and was broken and wobbly, and the window was super drafty and made a constant whistling noise. There was also more crumbling drywall around the window, and the TV didn’t even work. Walking through the hotel, I kept hearing staff arguing and yelling at each other, which just added to the overall uncomfortable feeling. I ended up leaving early and didn’t stay my second night. Management didn’t seem too concerned and didn’t offer any kind of refund. Overall, this place might be a 2-star hotel on a good day. I wouldn’t trust the reviews based on my experience."
