"We had a great stay at Hotel Omni. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. One fun touch was the hotel's adorable dog mascot at the reception desk—it definitely added some charm to the experience.
The gym facilities were excellent and much better equipped than we expected. The location was also a major highlight, with easy walking access to many great restaurants, shopping, and popular attractions in downtown Montreal.
The only downside was that the mattresses in our room were very soft and sagging.
Overall, we'd happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel in Montreal."
