"From the start to the end of our stay it was amazing. We could store our luggage and go away until the check in time. When we arrived back our luggage was even put into our apartment. The apartment was a home away from home with everything you would need, teas, sugar, sachets of milk, washing up liquid, sponge, tea towel. fluffy towels, shamppo, conditioner, hand-wash and body wash.
David was so welcoming and friendly every we saw him.
This will now be my go to place to stay when I visit...

I didn't need to ask as we were going out for the evening and our clothes needed a quick press. I wasn't able to use the other facilities because I didn't take my swimming costume with me. "Brilliant hotel. Stayed for 11 nights whilst volunteering at an event. Ideal location for tram travel and not too noisy despite being on tbe centre. The staff were lovely "
"Location is convenient to the train station. No reception but management is communicative and helpful. Suite was large and well decorated/equipped. As is sometimes the case, bathroom ventilation wasn’t great so bathroom smelled a little mildewy. Aside from that, room was clean and comfy. Recommend!"
