"The receptionist was lovely and welcoming. The room itself was very nice and the beds were very comfortable! The only 'complaint' would be the cleanliness of the bathroom whih was not good (mould on the vents etc.) Overall, the stay was very nice. "

I didn't need to ask as we were going out for the evening and our clothes needed a quick press. I wasn't able to use the other facilities because I didn't take my swimming costume with me. "Booked an executive room to stay whilst visiting friends, free parking on site was a bonus with bus stop right outside to go into city. Check in efficient and reception team all friendly and accommodating to help with information. Had a nice room at the front of building on first floor, spacious with a lovely big bath and shower. Bar and breakfast area looked comfortable but we didn't use as out and about. Would stay again. "

"The room didn't have a kettle. Also no plug sockets next to the bed. The room service breakfast that they provided didn't arrive on time and made my day late, the service from the manager was very poor and she was arrogant not worth the money "
