"Tout était parfait ou presque. Demander d’avoir une chambre au 1-2e étage dans le 2e pavillon. Au 3e les fenêtres sont minuscules et la vue grandiose. Les chambres sont basics, la nôtre était petite mais très propres. Lit confortable et salle de bain complète. Merci de l’accueil du jeune homme au desk et aux serveurs du resto, très efficaces. Buffet du resto le soir changeant et beaucoup de choix. Bien situé pour le lac de Braie et Tre cime."

"Avoid if you can , - location : this hotel is pretty far from cortina d ampezo - The room super small n bed not comfortable , more over the bathroom super smallll - both above actually I can still accept BUT the last thing that made me give this score is the service attitude is bad , especially on the food service area , they treat the customer like criminal , they shud be aware that hotel is far away from location hence water n other drink shud be accessible , they put big writing that guess...

"An amazing hotel. It was beautiful and elegant. The food was delicious, though the portions were surprisingly small; we joked about it, especially since you need a good meal after a day of skiing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the spa was well-equipped"

"Great place. While the hotel is a bit far from the town center there is a bus stop nearby, which is convenient. There is also a trail nearby to walk to town (nice if it isn’t raining). "A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human. Dinner was right at Michelin * quality. The view of the mountain is spectacular. Our room was simple but comfortable. We hope to be back with family. "

"Away from the centre of the village, surrounded by mountains, we had a lovely view from our balcony of a field with donkeys grazing and a small chapel at the far end of the valley. It is quite a hike from the hotel to the lake. If you’re a hiker, then this is the place for you. The dinner was expensive and mediocre. I do not recommend the half-board plan. Breakfast was okay, very limited choices. They benefit from the high tourist numbers obviously reflected in the limited value for money...
