"Neat and tidy, nice staff"

"The staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful for our stay. We loved our rooms, however we were switched from a room with air conditioning to an apartment without due to an issue with the suite we had reserved. This gave us more space, but we had to leave the windows open for airflow. One room was comfortable, the other was a bit warm during the night during the heatwave. Otherwise, the hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at Ferme de la Rançonnière and would absolutely recommend it. The property is beautiful, full of history, and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable, the grounds were peaceful, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The location is perfect for exploring the Normandy landing beaches while still enjoying a quiet countryside setting. Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant was also very good. "Young and very polite French lady on reception spoke English. Any criticism is our own fault. We paid for the lowest price room which didn’t include air conditioning. Just check you are paying enough for your room to include it if you want it. USB charging ports weren’t available. Top tip though. Most TVs have USB ports which you can use to charge your phones."

"This was the perfect hotel to stay at if you want to enjoy Bayeux and the regional sites like the D-Day beaches and Mont. St. Michel. The staff was lovely, room clean and the grounds were lovely. We spent one night sitting outside by the river that flows through the property. Highly recommend!!"
