"Absolutely fantastic. It's beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were very warm and kind and made my stay very comfortable. My Japanese is very limited, but they took the time to carefully explain things for me at a level I could understand, including the food. If you can get out to Tsunan (and the train there was quite scenic, so do try), I really can't recommend it enough. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer."

"We were looking for a more traditional Japenese experience whilst also wanting to see the Snow Monkeys and this place did not disappoint! Free shuttle from the station to the hotel and we were greeted by very lovely staff members who gave us really useful info on the hotel and the onsen’s within the village.
