"The rooms were spacious and came with a furnished kitchen. There was a separate room for the beds and they had a small dining area as well as a lounging area. The room we booked had a great view of Mt. Yotei as well! The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the center of Hirafu where a lot of the restaurants are located.
The ski valet is on the second floor of the hotel and it is just a short walk to the King Gondola. You are able to ski right to the entrance to the ski valet of the hotel...

"Nice stay, very close to Hirafu Welcome area and ski resort, staff were nice gave us early check in however they did made a mistake telling us that check in is at 1pm when its actually 3pm. Our room has a private onsen facing Mt Yotei which is great"

"There’s very poor communication from the hotel. The hotel didn’t specify that there are specific timings for the shuttle. After I booked my train tickets and tried to arrange the shuttle pickup, then the hotel told me I had to be at the station at certain time. I had to change my train booking. When I booked the hotel, I booked with breakfast for 2 adults and a 6 year old child. Somehow, the breakfast that the hotel received was for a 3 year old child. The restaurant insisted I had to pay extra...

"Staff is amazing. Food was fantastic and fresh. Everywhere was clean. I added a 90 min massage and would do again. Onsen was beautiful and peaceful. I will be booking here again. "
