"Our experience at SAii Phi Phi Island Village was truly special and memorable. Even before our arrival, the team reached out to us, and I mentioned it was my boyfriend’s birthday. They went above and beyond by beautifully decorating our room—it was such a thoughtful and lovely surprise.
The staff was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. We also had a small delay arriving for the boat transfer to the hotel, and to our surprise, they kindly made an exception and waited for us. That gesture truly made a difference and set the tone for the rest of our stay.
We really loved the resort’s facilities, and one highlight was dining at the international restaurant in the evening—the lobster was absolutely delicious.
If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast, which could benefit from better presentation and overall refinement.
Aside from that, the included activities are a huge plus—we went kayaking and had so much fun. It’s definitely a destination worth visiting, and we would happily return."
