"The AC is niot cooling & No towels in the bathroom and I have called the receptionist waited for like couple of hours no housekeeping or maintenance shows up & I decided to go down in the reception, the manager said the shift was changed & then she gave me towels, then maintainance guy came to the room playing with the remote etc & left with out talking or saying that the AC was fix. "The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage.
