"Room was great, and service was very good. Jesus at the pool is "ONE of a kind" great guy always wanting to make you happy, he really went the extra mile to make our vacation so much fun. Santana treated us like family with great service and always a very happy smile. great service at pool area. last 2 days of our stay was over run with children in the main pool, hot tubs and and sitting on ALL the stools at the swim up bar, driving the adults with no kids away. "Hotel Mousai was a true escape from everyday life. Everything felt sincerely luxurious, from the stunning rooms (there truly isn’t a bad view in the building) to the incredible food selection and quality. What stood out most was the staff—so kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. It was one of those vacations that fills your cup all the way up."
