The staff and rooms were good We were there with friends on Superbowl Sunday. They had a space for you to watch the game with food and drink for an extra cost. Have been to many resorts on Super Bowl Sunday and never had to pay for the party. The worst part was that they turned off all the TVs in the bars so you could not watch it. If you did not pay you had to go to your room. Was very disappointed we paid for an upgrade on the all inclusive and they wanted more.

Bed was hard. Food choices and quality lacking. We spent more nights going out of the resort to eat. After spending so much to stay that was disappointing. No entertainment at the pool. Night life was seriously lacking. Would not go back Javier, Jerardo and Jasmine were great though.

Terrible food selection and meals inconsistent throughout the stay. It was inconvenient to not have all restaurants including the buffet open every day. The buffet options were very limited as well. Our room was neglected for 3 days which was very disappointing. The lack of pool entertainment throughout all the pools was also disappointing. I do not plan to stay here again.

Beds were not super comfortable, but the facility, food and staff were amazing! The coffee shop was fantastic! Many of the staff have left lasting impressions on us!

The bartenders were very attentive as were all staff. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the food was very good. Would definitely return. I liked the atmosphere and it was not too crowded.

The staff were amazing! Our friend Ernesto at the buffet was the best. Greeting us every morning with a smile and good laugh, truly amazing service. Gerry (Gerardo) Was our friend at the pool and was so friendly and couldn’t ask for a better experience. The resort was ok , Little disappointing as was not aware that the resort is shared with Time share residents. 3 pools were available first being warm and located close to building. 2nd one was perfect temp and 3 rd was close to the beach and was freezing cold. Due to the setup of the buildings the sun would not hit the pools till about 11-12. Was used to having music or activities at pools during the day but there was nothing going on so if wanting a very quiet area with zero activities. this is for you. Buffet is small but good in morning. I found lunch menu was disappointing. Lots of potential on resort with the space they had but didn’t seem to use it efficiently. If your looking for a quiet no activity resort then this one is for you

My sisters and I stayed here and would definitely stay again staff was amazing food was really good, we loved the options of three different pools, the beach was great! The only thing we would suggest is more pool chairs and maybe not the beach cabana by the volleyball net!

La habitación muy amplia e impecable, la atención excelente todos son muy amables sobre todo los meseros que atienden las albercas, la comida muy buena, nos gusta mucho ese hotel, lo único malo es que las personas que llegan a los departamentos o tiempos compartidos apartan los camastros y sombrillas y nos fue muy difícil encontrar lugar eso fue muy muy incómodo

This resort was amazing. The room was spotless every day, all the staff were incredibly kind. Gerado stood out the most to us he was very nice and made sure we were taken care of every day when we were at the pool. I proposed to my now fiancé on this trip and booked a private beach dinner and also had our room decorated and Alejandra made sure everything was set up for that and made the night stress free, she was very kind to us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Le falta la remodelación como un fiesta americana conocido, puesto que fue antes de otra compañía, la atención fue buena pero faltan algunas áreas para mejorar, los condóminos ocupan una buena parte de las áreas y faltan camastros para los huéspedes.

Not the 1st room. After a couple of days We were able to get a sutable room. Food consistencies at the restaurants. Sometimes wrong order or meals not up to par.

Desde nuestra llegada nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Todo el personal es muy atento y gentil. En el desayuno incluido el Chef de la minuta del omellete muy atento. En la piscina Erick es un claro ejemplo de atención al cliente siempre atento a las necesidades del huésped. En el Grill fue donde tuvimos el mejor almuerzo y para la cena aún a pesar de la saturación del restaurante el italiano tiene muy buenos platillos. Todo muy bien gracias también a la chica de la limpieza impecable todo.

I have stayed in FA PVR several times so was excited for this new opening in Riv Nay. I anticipated some hiccups because of this new ownership and so there were many really good parts to the stay and several areas for improvement. The grounds and pools are emaculate - constantly being cleaned.The surrounding concreted areas need a real power clean. Great security around pool area and kudos to the guard that wears the camo hat - he is constantly on the move, tidying up, identifying problem areas, looking out for safety issues!! Not enough chairs and lots of empty spaces!! And the brown rattan chairs should be replaced. - no wheels, or one missing wheel or holes all over. 95% of the staff were GREAT - friendly, smiling, helpful and really made the effort to ensure an enjoyable stay so i don;t want to mention just a few names. There were others, usually in the a la carte restaurants that gave the impression the sooner you were in and out the better. Fresh fruits and salads and bakery area had lots of fresh choices but needed better monitoring (frequently no margarine, jam, no cups or glasses, serving spoons etc) Hot entres were hit and miss - e,g, covers left open so everything got cold, eggs station great and efficient. Ala carte, very inconsistent in quality between appetizers and main and quality in general. Pool service was generally very good. Rooms very spacious, oddly furnished though, glass shower and toilet area needs major refurbishment! AC worked great!!

Siempre elijo y prefiero ir a los fiesta americana por su atención, hospitalidad, buen trato y excelente comida Esta vez me decepcionó, la comida no es rica El personal criticando a otros huéspedes frente a nosotros (como había mucho canadiense tal vez se le olvidaba que también hay ahí quien hable español) En los fiestas existe esa calidad en el personal, que esta vez solo unos 3 lo noté En fin no regreso a ese 😓😓😓

La comida excelente la habitación totalmente equipada. Pero el ambiente del hotel es bastante tranquilo demasiado diría yo. Se comparte con un condominio que en su totalidad los dueños son extranjeros no se permite nada de ruido música ni juego en piscina. Es como estar en una casa de retiro. Aburrido totalmente nada que hacer. Pero si tu plan es solo ver el infinito y disociarse entonces es el lugar correcto

Resort is very nice with several large pools and nice sandy beach. Nightly entertainment and complimentary use of boogie/body boards. The staff are excellent from Edgar at the front desk, to Froylan/Daniel/Rosario/Irnesto/Fabiola and amazing Omelette chef Mario at the breakfast restaurant, Arturo (Shaquille) at the beach bar and Ezekiel/Alan as the entertainment hosts. Each one of them made a special effort to get to know us during our stay especially Froylan and Arturo. The rooms were nice also. A good variety of restaurants but this is also where some improvements could be had. The food was good but one critique would be there is some inconsistency in dinner service across the restaurants with orders getting missed on occasion. Breakfast was great (go see Mario) and lunch at the fish taco place was great. Inconsistency mainly at the steakhouse although the Salmon there was very good.
