"As no-one else was staying at the hotel that night, the warm breakfast buffet was non-existing. A shame as a few days before that, when we were also staying there, the breakfast was actually really nice. Otherwise the hotel is great."

"From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. "We were 3 of only 5 people in the hotel so services were at a bare minimum, which sucked for us. The place looked fresh and new, which is hard to do as things age quickly in Vietnams climate. The room was delightful and comfortable. The bathroom was a wet room and well laid out. Don't sit on the side of the bath as it's held down and tipped up me which took a bit a work to rectify. Breakfast 1was terrible, with no menu to choose from it was just prepared and here's something to eat. Breakfast 2 was better, I think they realised when day 1 was left and we went and ate in town. I would like to think with more people staying the services would be lifted. "
