"The cabin we stayed at was really nice and clean and comfortable. They have a large dining area where we were joined by 4 other families we were with. Pool was nice and clean. We also briefly used their mahjong room which was an added bonus to have."

"Fantastic accommodation with lots of amenity included - hairdryer, breakfast, a desk, lots of powerpoints, even an extra blanket. Rooms were very clean and minimal but stylish. Would be good if there were more stair openings from the carpark to the suites. Friendly staff! Beautifully kept grounds."

"Whenever I travel to Northern NSW I always stay at Ballina Palms even if I spend my time in other parts of Northern NSW. Andre & his family were having a well earned break and the two stand-in hosts made my time feel very welcome & helped me with my basic requests such as topping up my coffee, tea, milk, biscuits & bathroom amenities on the 3 nights I stayed. "If you wanna go to byron area and not feel like ur confined or leaving broke from just staying somewhere value for everything, this is the best place for everything.....was impressed with the cabin felt very comfortable from bed, couch and just the space with all facilities in there. Even though i had double bunks in loungeroom and was staying by myself i actually found em to be useful sorting all gifts and stuff i took up there...."
