"There was one woman in the breakfast area, Josefina(?), that packed me some food to go this morning because I didn’t have time to sit and have a meal. She made my day! My bathroom sink was broken but they fixed it and overall it was a comfortable place to stay for a few nights and the staff were attentive and responsive."

"Excellent hôtel pour le prix!
Nous avons eu un « upgrade » sur place pour le même prix.
L’hôtel est propre et les employés sont sympathiques. Il est facile de s’y rendre.
La proximité du métro et le stationnement gratuit sont des éléments clés car ils permettent d’aller profiter de la ville sans tracas.
Nous y retournerons certainement! "

"In renos. New rain shower nob did not work. Stayed 2 nights and they did not replenish anything. Had to ask for more cups. The a/c was wonky. Despite setting temp to 19.5 and fan on for hours, in mid April room temp of 24C only dropped to 23 over 3 hours. Hated being placed in adjoining room next to noisy strangers. Elevator dirty. Restaurant service bad and very mediocre restaurant. Would not choose this place again."
